Watch: Police officer riding on the footpath without helmet

Hyderabad: A young police constable on Monday was spotted riding on footpath in the city. This is not the first time, however, a law-enforcing officer himself was seen violating the rules.
Hefty challans are often charged by the officers on the motor-cyclers riding without a helmet or on the wrong-route.
