Gujarat sees 954 more Covid cases, six deaths

Gandhinagar, Nov 4 : Gujarat on Wednesday saw 954 new coronavirus cases, taking its tally to 1,76,608, while the death toll reached 3,740 with six more succumbing.
In November so far, the state has added 3,664 cases at a daily average of 916.
A total of 1,022 more patients were discharged, taking the total to 1,60,470, while there are 12,398 active cases.
Surat saw 214 new cases, Ahmedabad 174, Vadodara 111, Rajkot 85 and Gandhinagar 39.
Mehsana had 32, Banaskantha 30, Jamnagar 27, Patan 25, Junagadh 20, Sabarkantha 19, Morbi and Surendranagar 18 each, Bhavnagar 17, Narmada 15, Kutch and Anand 13 each, Amreli, Aravalli, and Dahod 12 each, Kheda 11, Bharuch and Gir-Somnath 10 each, Panchmahals nine, Chotta Udepur and Devbhumi Dwarka seven each, Mahisagar four and Navsari three.
Three died in Ahmedabad, two in Surat and one in Vadodara.
