Hyderabad: Traffic snarled in Malakpet, residents demand solute

Hyderabad/Malakpet : There is a Nala near to Malakpet station, which comes from old city,  causing air pollution and because of the wastage of nalla lot of mosquitoes are spread around the Malakpet, we cannot bear it, Many people are facing health  instead of many complaints no officials have taken any action to clean the Nala and rescue us from mosquitoes. It’s really becoming worst day by day.
Rafeeq Khan, cab driver Still we are facing traffic problems in Hyderabad, from Nalagunda crossroad to Chadherghat nearly it takes 25 to 30 minutes because of the heavy traffic jam in Malakpet, This traffic jam issue is from many years till now officials didn’t even take an action regarding this traffic jam, There are two hospitals in this area if an emergency comes we cannot able to go to the hospital soon in the time of jam. Morning 10 to afternoon 12 & Evening 5 to 10:00 PM all vehicles are stuck in a traffic jam.
Mohd Abdul Rehman, Hawker The main reason of traffic jam in Malakpet is Metro Rail work which still is in process, From Mlakpet station to Chadherghat road is very narrow and metro rail has constructed the huge pillars and barricades around these pillars which causes a traffic jam in Malakpet, I hope that this work will end one day. He said.
