Caught on cam: Minor tied to tree, thrashed brutally in Ludhiana

Ludhiana: A minor boy was allegedly tied to a tree and thrashed brutally by a group of people here. The incident was filmed on camera, a video of which went viral on social media.
Taking cognisance of the matter, Punjab police has asked the social media cell of the department to look into the matter.
As of now, no case has been registered.
“The matter is being investigated by the social media cell. Once that is done, we will proceed further,” said Gagan Ajit, DCP Crime.
