Hyderabad: Realtor arrested

Hyderabad: DCP of Rachakonda Police, Mr. Yadagiri arrested S. Nagaraju Mohan (33) resident of Mohan Nagar, Saroor Nagar area.
He is the native of Khammam. He had started a real estate agency by name Salva D. Estate.
He collected huge amounts from public. He used this money in gambling and site seeing. He visited Nepal, Goa, Gorakpur and other places.
He used to contact persons who wanted to sell their properties.
He used to cheat people under the pretext of investing money in share market and real estate.
He used to present himself as the prospective buyer. He never used to face the parties. He used to get the copies of documents on WhatsApp. He used to collect money from the buyers and used to transfer into the accounts of the owners of the property so that they should not suspect him.
