Hyderabad: Woman gets 2 year imprisonment

Hyderabad: Malkajgiri Court sentenced two years imprisonment to a 50-year-old woman since she had failed to repay the loans which she had taken from her colleagues.
According to the details of the case, Arundati (50), resident of Bharati Colony, Neredmet had borrowed Rs. 5 lakh and Rs. 10 lakh from her colleagues Rama Devi and Radha Devi respectively. She was refusing to repay the loans.
When her colleagues asked her to repay the loan, she abused and threatened them. Ultimately, they approached the police. After a thorough investigation,  Neredmet Police filed a charge sheet in the court. The magistrate sentenced her two years imprisonment besides imposing a fine of Rs. 10000.
