As per the information provided on the ministry website, the platform will help the job seekers to find the right jobs as per their skills and capabilities.

After completion of registration, job seekers can search for opportunities. Once satisfied with the percentage of match between their profile and job requirement, candidates can apply online.
According to the report published in Khaleej Times , Ayesha Mohammed Ahmed Belharfia, Assistant Undersecretary For Labour Affairs said that the platform uses ‘Artificial Intelligence’ to help job seekers in searching for suitable opportunities. She further said that the platform is user-friendly.
