27th World Book Fair begins; rare Urdu books available

New Delhi: Rare books for the lovers of Urdu are available at the 27th edition of the New Delhi World Book Fair 2019, hall number 12, at Pragati Maidan in the capital city. Imamia Youth Organisation, M R Publications, Urdu Book Review, Al-Balagh Publications, Minhaj Publications India and others have put up their stalls in the Fair.
The 9-day book fair began on Saturday, January 5 and will conclude on Sunday, January 13. As the theme of this year’s fair is ‘Readers With Special Needs’, the Theme Pavilion at Hall number 7 of the book fair focused on encouraging reading for people with sight or ear impairment, autism, anxiety problems, attention deficit or hyperactivity disorder.
An NGO is distributing Quran for free at the book fair.
The timings of the book fair are from 11 AM to 8 PM. The cost of tickets for the book fair is Rs 10 for children and Rs 20 for adults which are available at 50 select metro stations of Delhi.
