New Delhi: It is expected that the verdict on Babri Masjid case is likely to be pronounced soon as Chief Justice of Supreme Court has asked the parties to complete arguments before 18th October.
Arguing on behalf of the Muslims, Dr. Rajiv Dhawan told the Court that the local Commissioner is empowered to submit the report in the Court in accordance with order number 26 of Civil Procedure Code.
The matter has not been discussed in Allahabad High Court, although Sunni Walkf Board had made a written objection with a request not to accept it.
