Big jolt to Congress, Azharuddin likely to join TRS, may contest Secunderabad LS seat

Hyderabad: Congress is likely to get another big jolt as Mr. Mohammed Azharuddin, Working President of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee seems to have decided to change the berth. He is likely to join Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS).
According to the report published in DC , he may also contest for Secunderabad Lok Sabha Seat on TRS ticket. This information was confirmed by the source close to him who had joined TRS earlier. Negotiations are going on for his entry into TRS.
It is also reported that Mr. KCR is in favour of inducting Mr. Azharuddin into TRS fold.
It may be mentioned that Mr. Azaharuddin and MIM President, Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi are close friends. Both are the old students of Nizam College, Osmania University.
It may be recalled that recently, Mr. Azaharuddin had attended the marriage function of Mr. Owaisi’s daughter. It is understood that on this occasion, he met CM of TS, Mr. KCR and his son, Mr. KTR.
It may be noted that Mr. Azaharuddin had joined the Congress in 2009. Later, he became the Member of Parliament of Moradabad.
